The pair say they are now being chased by bailiffs after leaving their cars in a parking bay near a flat on Stonebridge Road.

The man who murdered Kent PCSO Julia James has been jailed for life.
Callum Wheeler, 22, has been told he'll spend at least 37 year behind bars.
He attacked 53-year-old Julia as she walked her dog in woodland not far from her home in Snowdown in April last year.
